Yes. A whole family can be combined into one portrait, even when the photographs come from different days.
When do I send my photos?
After checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, we email you a link to upload your photographs and share your preferences.
What if I do not have a good photo?
No photoshoot is needed. If you do not have a portrait to begin with, a professional one can be created from the photos you have.
What is the portrait made of?
Premium acrylic, printed in 4K. It is scratch-resistant, fade-proof, and waterproof, with a glossy finish and a modern 3D effect.
Which sizes are there, and where do you ship?
Medium 30 × 40 cm (12 × 16 in) for $99, Large 40 × 50 cm (16 × 20 in) for $149, and Extra large 50 × 60 cm (20 × 24 in) for $199. A stand is included, and we ship across the USA.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website dcartportraits.com (the "Website") and every purchase you make through it. By browsing the Website you agree to the sections that concern website use. By placing an order you also agree to the sections that concern products, payment, personalization, shipping and refunds.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order. Where a provision cannot lawfully apply to you, the rest of these Terms continue to apply.

Diana Cherry Luxury Art Portraits is operated by legal entity name, entity type and state of formation to be confirmed by the owner, doing business as Diana Cherry Luxury Art Portraits DBA status to be confirmed. You can reach us at [email protected] or (443) 929-3337. A mailing address for legal notices should be added if required.
03Products and custom artwork
We sell personalized acrylic portraits created from photographs and preferences that you provide after purchase. Each portrait is made for you; no two are identical.
Portraits shown on the Website, including gallery pieces, animations, size illustrations and the on-screen preview with your own photo, are for illustration. Colors, cropping, framing and the finished composition may differ from what you see on a screen. Material specifications (acrylic thickness, finish, stand) must match the supplier documentation before publishing.
04Placing an order
An order is placed when you select a product, enter your contact details and shipping address, and complete payment at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Your confirmation acknowledges that we received your order and payment. It is not a promise that every creative request can be fulfilled. We may need to review an order, ask for better photographs, or decline a request that we cannot produce, that violates these Terms or the law, or that appears fraudulent. If we decline an order before production, we will refund the amount paid for it.
05Personalization after purchase
The personalization questionnaire is not completed at checkout. After your payment is confirmed, we email you a link to the questionnaire, where you upload photographs, choose preferences and leave instructions.
You are responsible for providing photographs that are clear enough to work from and for giving complete instructions. Until we receive them, your portrait cannot enter the creative process, and any time estimate we have given you starts only once we have everything we need. Whether orders are cancelled or closed after a period of no response must be decided by the owner.
06Photographs you submit
You confirm that you own the photographs you submit or have permission from the people who took them and from the people shown in them, and that submitting them to us does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.
We may decline photographs or requests that we cannot use, that appear to infringe third-party rights, or that are unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit. We will tell you if that happens so you can send other materials.
07Intellectual property and image license
Your photographs remain yours, or the photographer's, as the case may be. We do not acquire copyright in them. By submitting photographs you give Diana Cherry Luxury Art Portraits and the service providers we rely on a limited permission to store, view, edit and reproduce them only to evaluate, produce, fulfill and support your order.
We do not use your photographs or your finished portrait in marketing, on the Website or on social media without a separate written permission from you. If the owner wants a marketing option, it must be a separate opt-in, never part of these Terms.
You own the physical portrait we deliver. Where the composition created for you contains original creative work by us, the owner must decide who holds the rights to the digital composition and whether customers receive reproduction rights. The Diana Cherry Luxury Art Portraits name, logo, Website design and texts are our property or used under license and may not be copied without permission.
08Pricing, payment and taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are one-time purchases. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Confirm whether shipping is included in the price or charged separately.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers through our store platform. Name the active payment provider, for example Stripe, only once it is connected. We do not store full card numbers ourselves. If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.
09Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States. Confirm whether any other destinations are offered. Please make sure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct; we are not responsible for deliveries to an address you entered incorrectly, though we will help where we can.
Production time and shipping time are separate. We will share tracking information when the carrier provides it. If a portrait arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within number of days to be set by the owner days with photographs of the packaging and the item so that we can arrange a replacement or another remedy. Our Shipping Policy, where published, contains the current details.
10Cancellations, returns and refunds
Because every portrait is personalized, it cannot be resold, so returns for change of mind are not available once production has started. The following applies:
Before production starts (before we have received your photographs and preferences, or before we have begun work on them): owner to choose: full refund, or refund less a processing fee.
After production starts: owner to decide whether any partial refund is offered.
If a portrait arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered (wrong size, wrong portrait), we will replace it or refund you. Please contact us within number of days days of delivery.
Nothing in this section limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
11Proofs and revisions
The owner must confirm the actual policy: whether a digital proof is sent before printing, how many rounds of changes are included, and what happens after approval. Until confirmed, no proof approval or free revision is promised on the Website.
12Commercial and business artwork
Artwork for businesses (executive and team portraits, branded art, office art, corporate gifts) is quoted separately. Personal portrait prices do not apply. A business project begins only after we have confirmed the scope, quantity, price and schedule in writing, and may be subject to separate written terms.
13Website content and brand
All texts, photographs of finished portraits, illustrations, animations, logos and code on the Website belong to Diana Cherry Luxury Art Portraits or are used with permission. You may view the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce or redistribute its content without our written consent.
14Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Website is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Product illustrations and previews are approximations.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
15Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of state of the operating business, to be confirmed and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, please contact us first; most questions can be resolved directly. Any venue clause, arbitration agreement or class-action waiver requires attorney review before it is added.

04Оформление заказа
Заказ считается оформленным, когда вы выбрали товар, указали контактные данные и адрес доставки и завершили оплату. Подтверждение заказа приходит по электронной почте.
Подтверждение означает, что мы получили ваш заказ и оплату. Оно не гарантирует, что любое творческое пожелание может быть выполнено. Нам может потребоваться проверить заказ, запросить более качественные фотографии или отказать в выполнении запроса, который мы не можем реализовать, который нарушает Условия или закон либо выглядит мошенническим. Если мы отказываем в заказе до начала работы, оплаченная сумма возвращается.
05Персонализация после покупки
Анкета для персонализации не заполняется при оформлении заказа. После подтверждения оплаты мы отправляем вам письмо со ссылкой на анкету, где вы загружаете фотографии, выбираете пожелания и оставляете комментарии.
Вы отвечаете за то, чтобы фотографии были достаточно чёткими для работы, а инструкции полными. Пока мы их не получим, работа над портретом не начнётся, и любые названные сроки отсчитываются только с момента, когда у нас есть всё необходимое. Владелец должен решить, что происходит с заказом при длительном отсутствии ответа.

03Your photographs
Photographs are the heart of every order. We collect them for one reason: to create your portrait. They are used to evaluate what is possible, to compose and edit the artwork, to produce it and to answer your questions about it.
Photographs are stored where and for how long: GoHighLevel media storage, the designer's working files, print files; access limited to whom. We do not sell your photographs and do not use them for marketing, portfolio or social media without a separate written permission from you.
We do not claim technical measures we have not verified. Any statement about encryption, restricted staff access or automatic deletion must be confirmed before publishing.
04How we use information
To process your purchase and payment; to produce your personalized portrait; to ship it; to send order confirmations, the personalization invitation, production and shipping updates and other necessary service messages; to answer your questions and business inquiries; to maintain and improve the Website; to prevent fraud; and to comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting.
Marketing: describe actual marketing emails or texts, if any, and how consent is obtained. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
05Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to run the business: GoHighLevel (website hosting, customer records, forms, questionnaire, workflows and order communications); a payment processor (Stripe, once the account is connected) that handles card data under its own privacy policy; shipping carriers and print or fulfillment partners, once confirmed; and email, SMS and analytics providers actually in use. Each provider receives only the information needed for its task.
06Cookies and tracking

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to a small business, including the security features of the platforms we rely on, to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11Your choices and requests
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing communications, by writing to [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable time. We may keep information we need for completed orders, accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Keyboard access to menus, buttons, galleries, the size chooser, the forms and the language switch; a logical heading structure on every page; alternative text for portraits and illustrations; text and background colors chosen for readable contrast; layouts that adapt from small phones to large screens; form fields with visible labels and clear error messages; visible focus indicators; language identification for English and Russian content; reduced motion when your device asks for it (animations are shortened or removed); and markup intended to work with screen readers. These features have been built and checked in automated and manual testing on Chrome; testing with VoiceOver, NVDA and other screen readers should be completed and this sentence updated.
04Third-party content
Some parts of the experience are provided by third parties: the store checkout, the personalization questionnaire and certain embedded forms run on GoHighLevel, and payments are processed by our payment provider. 01Where we ship
We ship finished portraits within the United States. Confirm whether Canada or other destinations are offered.
02Shipping cost
Owner to confirm: shipping included in the price, a flat rate, or calculated at checkout. Whatever applies is shown at checkout before payment.
03Preparation before shipping
A portrait is shipped only after it has been created, which requires your photographs and preferences from the personalization questionnaire. Delivery timing therefore depends on when we receive them, on production, and on the carrier. State a typical production window only once it is confirmed.
04Tracking
When the carrier provides a tracking number, we send it to the email used at checkout.
05Address accuracy
Please check the shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you; reshipping may carry an additional charge. Confirm the reshipping rule.
06Carrier delays
Once a package is with the carrier, transit times are outside our control. We will help trace a delayed package and keep you informed.
07Lost or damaged shipments
If a portrait arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within number of days days with your order number and, for damage, photographs of the packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement or another remedy. Please keep the packaging until the matter is resolved.

01Why portraits are different
Every portrait is made for one customer from their own photographs. It cannot be resold, which is why the rules below distinguish between before and after production starts.
02Cancellation before production
Production starts when we begin working with your photographs and preferences. Before that point you may cancel by emailing [email protected] with your order number. Owner to choose: full refund, or refund less a processing fee of a stated amount.
03Cancellation after production starts

04Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your portrait arrives damaged, has a production defect, or is not what you ordered (wrong size or wrong portrait), contact us within number of days days of delivery with photographs. We will replace it at no cost or refund you.
05Artwork revisions
Owner to confirm the actual policy: is a digital proof sent before printing; how many rounds of changes are included; is there a fee for further changes; what happens once a proof is approved. Until confirmed, the Website does not promise proofs or free revisions.
06How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take several business days to appear.
07Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

01Почему портреты особенные

02Отмена до начала работы

03Отмена после начала работы

06Как выплачивается возврат
Одобренный возврат перечисляется на исходный способ оплаты. В зависимости от банка зачисление может занять несколько рабочих дней.

What we do with your photographs, and what we never do.

01Your responsibility for the photographs
You may submit only photographs you own or have permission to use, including permission from the photographer where someone else took the picture and, where appropriate, from the people shown. Please do not submit images copied from the internet, professional photographs without the photographer's consent, or images of people who would object to being portrayed.
02How we use your photographs
We use your photographs for one purpose: to evaluate, create, produce and support your portrait. This includes viewing, editing, combining and printing them, and sharing them with the print or fulfillment partner that produces the physical piece.
03Combining photographs
When several photographs become one composition, we adjust lighting, scale, backgrounds and clothing so that everyone looks as if they were photographed together. The result is an interpretation, not a document. Feasibility depends on photo quality, the number of people and the request.
04Photographs of children
By submitting a photograph of a child you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian or have their permission. We treat such photographs with the same care as every other order and never use them beyond the order itself.
05Privacy of your photographs
Photographs are not published, shown to other customers or used in marketing. Storage, access and retention are described in the Privacy Policy. Retention period after order completion to be set by the owner.
06Ownership
You keep every right you have in your original photographs. Owner to decide who owns the digital composition created for the order and whether customers receive reproduction rights; the physical portrait belongs to the customer in any case.
07Portfolio and marketing use
We would love to show finished portraits, but only with your written permission, given separately and never as a condition of the order. If you agree, you can withdraw the permission later and we will stop using the image going forward.

06Права
Вы сохраняете все права на ваши исходные фотографии. Владелец определяет, кому принадлежит созданная цифровая композиция и получает ли клиент право на воспроизведение; физический портрет в любом случае принадлежит клиенту.
07Портфолио и реклама
Мы будем рады показывать готовые портреты, но только с вашего письменного согласия, данного отдельно и никогда не как условие заказа. Если вы согласились, вы можете отозвать согласие позже, и мы прекратим использование изображения.
