Diana Cherry Luxury Art Portraits was created around a simple idea: meaningful photographs deserve a beautiful place in our lives.
Through personalized acrylic portraits, we help transform treasured images into elegant artwork designed to be displayed, shared, and remembered.
Every portrait begins with something personal.
It may be a favorite family photograph, a wedding memory, a beloved pet, or pictures of loved ones taken years apart.
What matters most is the story behind the images.
Our goal is to create artwork that feels personal, beautifully presented, and meaningful to the people receiving it.

These six points will help you choose the ones that will look best on acrylic.

Acrylic is forgiving, but it likes to be treated like glass with a soft heart. A few habits keep the surface flawless for years.

Every portrait we make begins with a photograph someone could not bear to lose.
This journal is where we keep the stories around the portraits: how a family photographed in four different places ends up in one frame, which photographs make the most beautiful work, how acrylic looks on a console in the afternoon light, and why some gifts are kept for a lifetime.
We write for people who are thinking about the people they love. Read slowly, borrow the ideas, and when a photograph comes to mind, you know where to find us.

An order is placed when you select a product, enter your contact details and shipping address, and complete payment at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Your confirmation acknowledges that we received your order and payment. It is not a promise that every creative request can be fulfilled. Your photographs, personal information, and trust deserve thoughtful care.
Draft for owner and attorney review. Effective date: to be set at publication. Highlighted items must be confirmed before this page goes live.
This Privacy Policy explains how Diana Cherry Luxury Art Portraits (legal entity to be confirmed, "we") collects, uses and shares information when you visit dcartportraits.com, place an order, complete the personalization questionnaire, or contact us. It applies to the Website and to the order and questionnaire pages hosted for us on GoHighLevel.
Order and checkout: name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing details handled by the payment provider, the products you buy and your order history.
Personalization questionnaire: the photographs you upload, the people and pets you want in the portrait, background, color and composition preferences, and any special instructions.
Contact and business inquiry forms: name, email, phone, company, the topic of your message and its content.
Customer service: the content of emails, calls and text messages you exchange with us.
Website use: list the analytics and cookie technologies actually installed (for example GoHighLevel tracking, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) after an audit. Until then, this policy describes only the technologies we have confirmed.
Photographs are the heart of every order. We collect them for one reason: to create your portrait. They are used to evaluate what is possible, to compose and edit the artwork, to produce it and to answer your questions about it.
Photographs are stored where and for how long: GoHighLevel media storage, the designer's working files, print files; access limited to whom. We do not sell your photographs and do not use them for marketing, portfolio or social media without a separate written permission from you.
We do not claim technical measures we have not verified. Any statement about encryption, restricted staff access or automatic deletion must be confirmed before publishing.
To process your purchase and payment; to produce your personalized portrait; to ship it; to send order confirmations, the personalization invitation, production and shipping updates and other necessary service messages; to answer your questions and business inquiries; to maintain and improve the Website; to prevent fraud; and to comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting.
Marketing: describe actual marketing emails or texts, if any, and how consent is obtained. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
We rely on trusted providers to run the business: GoHighLevel (website hosting, customer records, forms, questionnaire, workflows and order communications); a payment processor (Stripe, once the account is connected) that handles card data under its own privacy policy; shipping carriers and print or fulfillment partners, once confirmed; and email, SMS and analytics providers actually in use. Each provider receives only the information needed for its task.
State the cookies actually set by the Website and by GoHighLevel, whether a cookie banner or consent tool exists, and how a visitor can refuse non-essential cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings; blocking essential cookies may stop checkout from working.
Transactional and service messages (order confirmation, personalization link, shipping updates, replies to your inquiry) are sent because they are necessary to fulfill your order or answer you. Submitting a form on the Website is not consent to promotional text messages. Where we offer promotional texts, we ask for separate consent, and you can reply STOP at any time. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email or by writing to us.
We share information with the service providers described above, with professional advisers where necessary, and when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others. If the business is sold or merged, customer information may be transferred to the successor under this policy. We do not sell personal information. Confirm that no advertising pixel shares data in a way that counts as a sale or sharing under state law.
We keep order and payment records for as long as required for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Contact records and inquiries are kept while we have a relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Uploaded photographs and questionnaire responses are kept retention period to be set by the owner after the order is completed, then deleted or archived, as decided. You may ask us to delete your photographs earlier once your order is complete.
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to a small business, including the security features of the platforms we rely on, to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing communications, by writing to [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable time. We may keep information we need for completed orders, accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations. If a state privacy law applies, add the specific rights, response deadlines and appeal process it requires.
The Website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Customers often send photographs of children for a portrait; by doing so you confirm that you are the parent or guardian or otherwise have the authority to provide them.
An assessment is needed of which state laws apply (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and others) based on the business location and the volume of personal information processed. Most of these laws apply only above revenue or record-count thresholds that a small business may not meet. Where a law applies, we honor the rights it grants, and this section will be updated with the details.
The Website is operated from the United States and intended for U.S. customers. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your country.
We may update this policy; the effective date is shown at the top of the page. Questions and privacy requests: [email protected] or (443) 929-3337.

We want every visitor to feel at home here.
Draft for owner and attorney review. Effective date: to be set at publication. Highlighted items must be confirmed before this page goes live.
Diana Cherry Luxury Art Portraits is committed to making our website welcoming and usable for everyone. We aim to provide a thoughtful online experience for visitors using different devices and assistive technologies. Our customers trust us with family photographs and meaningful moments, and that trust should not depend on how someone browses.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as the target for how we design and evaluate the Website. The Website has not yet been independently audited, so we describe this as our goal rather than a certified level of conformance.
Keyboard access to menus, buttons, galleries, the size chooser, the forms and the language switch; a logical heading structure on every page; alternative text for portraits and illustrations; text and background colors chosen for readable contrast; layouts that adapt from small phones to large screens; form fields with visible labels and clear error messages; visible focus indicators; language identification for English and Russian content; reduced motion when your device asks for it (animations are shortened or removed); and markup intended to work with screen readers. These features have been built and checked in automated and manual testing on Chrome; testing with VoiceOver, NVDA and other screen readers should be completed and this sentence updated.
Some parts of the experience are provided by third parties: the store checkout, the personalization questionnaire and certain embedded forms run on GoHighLevel, and payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not control their design fully. If any of these steps is difficult for you, contact us and we will help you complete your order another way.
If you encounter an accessibility problem, need assistance choosing a portrait, submitting photographs or finding information, please email [email protected] or call (443) 929-3337. Tell us the page and what happened; we will do our best to help and to fix the problem.
We review the Website periodically and when we add new pages or features, and we correct accessibility issues that are reported to us. We do not claim a continuous monitoring program.

We want the delivery of your personalized acrylic portrait to be clear and straightforward. This policy explains how shipping is handled once your portrait is ready.
Draft for owner and attorney review. Not for publication. Blocks marked Owner approval required are fulfillment decisions, not customer-facing language.
We ship finished portraits to addresses within the United States.
Confirm the exact coverage. Do not offer international shipping unless it is set up in the store.
Any shipping charge that applies to your order is part of the order total.
How is shipping charged in the GHL store? Please check the store settings so the policy matches checkout exactly.
Two separate periods make up the time until your portrait arrives: production time, while your portrait is created, printed and prepared, and transit time, while the carrier delivers it. Transit time begins only after your portrait has been handed to the carrier.
We do not guarantee arrival dates. Carrier transit times are estimates and can be affected by weather, holidays and other events outside our control.
Do you want to publish a typical production time? Only state a range the team can reliably meet, and describe it as an estimate.
Your portrait can only be created after we receive your photographs and preferences through the personalization questionnaire we email after payment. Production time starts once we have everything we need, so delays in completing the questionnaire or in replying to our questions will delay shipping.
What happens if a customer does not complete the questionnaire?
Please enter a complete and correct shipping address at checkout, including any apartment or suite number. We ship to the address on your order.
Who is responsible when an order ships to an address that was entered incorrectly? The attorney should review this wording.
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. We will tell you whether the change can still be made.
Until when can an address be changed, and what happens after the portrait has shipped?
Portraits are delivered by third-party shipping carriers.
Which carriers are used, and is the carrier chosen by the business or by the customer at checkout? No carrier is named on the page until this is confirmed.
Is tracking information actually sent to customers, and how? Confirm before the page says so.
If your shipment is delayed, appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. For damage, please include photographs of the portrait and the packaging. We will help you with the carrier and explain the next steps.
Remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect items are described in our Refunds, Cancellations & Revisions policy.
Set the rules for lost and damaged shipments, in line with the Refund Policy (decision D6) and the carrier or fulfillment terms. Do not promise refunds for lost shipments until approved.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property and with neighbors or building staff, then contact us. We will help you contact the carrier.
What does the business do when a carrier marks an order delivered but it is not received?
Sometimes a carrier returns a package to us, for example because of an incomplete address or a missed delivery. If that happens, we will contact you to confirm the correct address.
What applies when a package is returned to sender?
For any shipping question, write to [email protected], call (443) 929-3337, or use our contact page. Please include your order number.
For a friendly overview of the whole journey, from your photographs to your door, see Shipping & Delivery.
Effective date: [to be set at publication].
We may update this policy from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Confirm the update wording and how this policy is incorporated into the Terms & Conditions.
Your portrait is made to be personal. We want you to understand how order changes, cancellations, damaged products, and requests for assistance are handled.
Draft for owner and attorney review. Not for publication. Blocks marked Owner approval required are decisions, not customer-facing language. Effective date: to be set at publication.
A short summary in English and Russian will be placed here only after decisions D1 to D9 are confirmed, so it never states a rule that has not been approved.
Every portrait is created for one customer from their own photographs and preferences. After you choose a size and complete checkout, we email you a link to the personalization questionnaire, where you upload your photographs and share your wishes.
Because each portrait is made only for you, we explain below how changes, cancellations, damaged products and requests for help are handled.
When does "production" begin for this policy? This point decides which cancellation rule applies, so it must be one clear, checkable moment.
To ask for a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. You can reach us by email, by phone or through our contact page (see section 8).
What does the customer receive if they cancel before production begins?
If you ask to cancel after production has begun, we will tell you what stage your order has reached.
Is any refund or credit available once production has begun, and does it change as the order moves forward (design in progress, printed, shipped)? Please verify whether refunds depend on the production stage.
If you need to change your photographs or preferences after submitting the questionnaire, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.
Until when can a customer change photographs or preferences, and is there ever a charge for changes?
Are digital previews (proofs) actually sent before printing? This section must describe the real process only. Until it is confirmed, the website promises no preview, no proof approval and no free revisions.
If your portrait arrives damaged, has a production defect, or is not what you ordered (for example, the wrong size), contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the portrait and the packaging.
Set the rules for these cases. Coordinate them with the print and fulfillment partner's own terms.
Which situations are eligible for a return or a refund, apart from damaged, defective or incorrect items?
Write to [email protected], call (443) 929-3337, or use our contact page. Please include your name, your order number, a short description of the issue and, where relevant, photographs.
Do you want to state a response time for support requests? Only state one the team can always meet.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
How soon after approval is a refund issued?
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived. If any part of this policy conflicts with those laws, the law applies.
An attorney should confirm the requirements that apply to where the business operates and where customers live. Some states have rules about how and where a refund policy must be shown to customers before purchase. Align this page with the Terms & Conditions (section on cancellations, returns and refunds) and with any fulfillment agreement before publishing.

Please submit only photographs you own or have permission to use. Professional photographs, such as studio or wedding photos, may require the photographer's permission before they can be reproduced, even if you paid for the session.
How should the business handle photographs that may not be cleared for use?
Review the customer confirmation wording and whether an indemnity clause is appropriate. It should be consistent with the Terms & Conditions, section "Photographs you submit".
If your photographs show other people, please include only people who would be comfortable appearing in a portrait, and ask them if you are unsure. This is especially important for portraits given as gifts or displayed in shared spaces.
Confirm whether the policy should require the customer to have the consent of adults shown in the photographs, and how that is worded.
When you submit photographs of a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you have their permission to do so.
How are children's images treated beyond the order itself?
When several photographs are combined into one portrait, we adjust lighting, scale, backgrounds, clothing and other details so the composition looks natural. The finished portrait is an artistic interpretation and may not match any single original photograph exactly. What is possible depends on the quality and number of the photographs you provide.
When you submit photographs for an order, you give us permission to use them only as needed to create, produce, deliver and support that order. This includes viewing, storing, editing, retouching, combining and printing them. This permission is limited to your order and does not allow us to use your photographs for other purposes.
Review the wording of this limited order-fulfillment license: its scope, how long it lasts, and whether it extends to the service providers in section 7.
To produce and deliver your portrait, we may need to share your images with partners who print, fulfill or ship orders. They receive only what is needed for your order.
Which outside parties actually receive customer images? No partner, tool or vendor is named on this page until confirmed.
The physical portrait you purchase is yours to keep, display or give as a gift.
What may customers do with images of their portrait?
Buying a physical portrait is different from acquiring copyright. Purchasing a portrait does not, by itself, give the right to reproduce, sell or commercially use copies of the artwork. You keep all rights you have in your original photographs.
Who owns the copyright in the finished composition and artwork? This must be decided with the attorney.
We will only show your photographs or your finished portrait in our portfolio, on our website, on social media or in advertising if you give separate permission. Placing an order does not give us that permission. Saying no will never affect your order.
If you give permission, you can withdraw it later by contacting us, and we will stop new uses of the image.
How is permission collected and recorded?
We do not publish your photographs without your permission. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and protected.
Describe only what is true about where photographs are stored and who can access them. No security claims are made on this page until confirmed.
How long are submitted photographs and finished digital files kept, and how are they deleted? No deletion period is stated until confirmed.
You can ask us to delete your photographs, to correct information connected to your order, or to remove an image you previously allowed us to share. Please contact us using the details in section 14.
How are these requests handled?
For any question about your photographs or artwork, write to [email protected], call (443) 929-3337, or use our contact page.
This policy works together with our Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions. Effective date: [to be set at publication].
